Priscilla first discovered her love for production when her son signed with a modelling agency. Fascinated by the behind-the-scenes world, she connected with the team and quickly realised her future lay in production. With a professional background as a Support Worker and Facilities management in Housing, she initially juggled both careers before taking a leap of faith in November 2021 to pursue production full-time.

Since then, Priscilla has worked her way up in the industry, collaborating with agencies, production companies and independent creatives to deliver a wide range of content, including commercials, branded content, unscripted projects, short films and music videos. From starting off as a runner on set to now managing them, she has become known as the backbone of any shoot - calmly and efficiently overseeing every stage of production from planning to execution, ensuring teams and crews are fully supported.

Alongside production, Priscilla discovered a true passion for casting, which inspired her to launch her own casting agency, Spotcast. Through this venture, she continues to champion talent and bring together the right people to elevate stories on screen.

Her work has already gained recognition, with credits including Cursive (selected for BFI Flare 2024 and British Arts #FilmsForFreedom initiative) and King Konan’s Trap Door (shortlisted for the Broadcast Digital Awards).
