Priscilla (Precilia) Babin is a Production & Casting Producer working across commercial and narrative projects.

She collaborates with agencies, production companies and independent creatives to deliver commercials, branded content, unscripted projects, short films and music videos. Alongside production, she works in casting and is the founder of Spotcast Agency, connecting talent with opportunities across the industry. She is also the founder of Spotcast Hub, a CIC supporting emerging talent, further expanding her work in casting and talent development through Spotcast Agency.

Her work has already gained recognition, with credits including Cursive(selected for BFI Flare 2024and British Arts #FilmsForFreedominitiative) and King Konan’s Trap Door (shortlisted for the BEST SHORT-FORM FORMAT at Broadcast Digital Awards). She also worked as Casting Producer on Pozer’s Shanghigh Noon, nominated for Video of the Year at the MOBO Awards 2026.
