Precilia is a Production and Casting Producer and Casting Director. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Spotcast Agency.

Working across commercial and narrative projects, she leads casting and production from creative development and talent sourcing through to production management and final delivery. Her work spans commercials, branded content, unscripted projects, short films and music videos.

She is available to be commissioned personally as a Producer, Casting Producer or Casting Director.

Her credits include Cursive(selected for BFI Flare 2024and British Arts #FilmsForFreedom) and King Konan’s Trap Door (shortlisted for the BEST SHORT-FORM FORMAT at Broadcast Digital Awards). She also worked as Casting Director on Pozer’s Shanghigh Noon, nominated for Video of the Year at the MOBO Awards 2026.
