Precilia began her career in the industry as a runner in 2019 and has since built a strong presence across casting and production, working across digital content, branded campaigns and entertainment.

She is the Founder of Spotcast Agency, where she leads a team working across real people and personality-led casting projects.

Her credits include Cursive (selected for BFI Flare 2024 and British Arts #FilmsForFreedom) and King Konan’s Trap Door (shortlisted for the BEST SHORT-FORM FORMAT at Broadcast Digital Awards), Pozer’s Shanghigh Noon, nominated for Video of the Year at the MOBO Awards 2026.
